Our Supply Chain: Nothing to Hide

We believe transparency is a competitive advantage, not a vulnerability. Here is exactly how our supply chain works. Our wine is produced by established Italian wineries located in Veneto, a region with over a century of certified winemaking tradition.

Our partners hold DOC and DOCG designations, BRC and IFS food safety certifications, and have been producing wine for export markets for decades. Many have been in continuous operation for over 50 years.

Our canning and bottling operations are conducted at certified filling facilities in Northern Italy, equipped with laboratory analysis capabilities for shelf-life testing, microbiological stability and compliance verification. Every batch is tested before it leaves the facility.

We do not hide our supply chain, we manage it. The difference is accountability: when you work with us, there is one party responsible for every element of your order, from liquid to label to loading dock. That party is us.

This means every bottle, can or polykeg that leaves our facility carries the full weight of Italy's most rigorous quality controls not just our word.

We do not source from the open market. Every supplier in our chain is verified, audited and selected for consistency, stability and traceability. When you ask us for a 12-month shelf-life guarantee on a canned product, we can give it because we know exactly what is in the can and who produced it.
