About Private Label
What is private label?
Private label wine is wine produced by a manufacturer and sold under a brand name chosen by the buyer not the producer. The buyer controls the brand identity, label design, pricing and commercial strategy. The manufacturer handles production, bottling, compliance and logistics.
This model is used by supermarket chains, importers, distributors, hotel groups, airlines and entrepreneurs who want to offer exclusive branded wine without owning a winery.
What is the difference between private label and own label wine?
They are the same thing. “Private label”, “own label” and “white label” are all terms used to describe wine produced by a third-party manufacturer and sold under the buyer’s brand name.
The terminology varies by market “private label” is more common in North America and international B2B contexts, while “own label” is frequently used in the UK retail sector.
What types of wine can I produce under private label?
We offer private label production for Prosecco DOC and DOCG, sparkling wine, still white and rosé wine, non-alcoholic wine, canned wine, canned cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and polykeg solutions for draught service.
All products are produced in Italy and available for worldwide export.
Can I create my own private label wine brand from scratch?
Yes. We work with both established brands scaling their portfolio and entrepreneurs launching their first private label wine brand. We guide you through every step from product selection and sample approval to label design compliance and final delivery.
You do not need prior experience in wine production to work with us.

Orders & Production
Why is the minimum order quantity set at 2 pallets?
We operate exclusively as an industrial-scale partner. A 2-pallet minimum allows us to absorb setup costs, optimise production lines and guarantee highly competitive per-unit pricing for high-volume distributors. We do not service micro-batches or retail orders.
This minimum ensures that every client receives the full benefit of our industrial production infrastructure and certified supply chain.
Why does custom production take 80 days?
80 days is a quality-controlled industrial cycle, not a delay. It includes liquid stabilisation, rigorous laboratory testing, custom packaging procurement and, most importantly, strict legal compliance checks for your specific export market.
We do not rush processes that could compromise your brand at customs or on the shelf.

Are you a broker or a producer?
Neither and both, in the right sense. We do not own vineyards, and we are transparent about that. What we own is the production relationships, the compliance infrastructure and the export logistics that turn Italian wine into a shelf-ready branded product in your market.
Our partners produce the liquid. We control everything else and we are contractually accountable for the result. If the product does not meet spec, we do not ship it. If it does not clear customs, we resolve it.
That is not a broker model. That is a managed production partnership.
Compliance & Labels
Do you handle international legal compliance for the labels?
Yes. Navigating foreign labelling laws is one of the biggest friction points in private label wine export.
Our in-house legal and design teams ensure your packaging meets all regulatory requirements of the destination country before a single bottle or can leaves our facility. This includes EU regulations, US TTB requirements, allergen declarations, alcohol content statements, volume declarations and country-specific language requirements.
Which markets do you export to?
We currently export to clients across Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Our compliance team has direct experience with the regulatory requirements of each of these markets and manages all export documentation, customs clearance and labelling compliance on your behalf.
Formats & Products
What beverage formats do you offer for private label production?
We offer private label production in four formats: 750ml glass bottles, mignon 200ml glass bottles, aluminium cans and 20L PolyKeg®. Each format serves different distribution channels and consumer occasions from premium retail and restaurant menus to festivals, hotel minibars and airline catering.
We help you identify the right format for your specific market and commercial strategy.
What is a polykeg and how does it work?
A PolyKeg® is a lightweight, single-use, fully recyclable alternative to traditional steel kegs. It uses a bag-in-keg system that prevents oxygen from entering the liquid as it is dispensed, guaranteeing consistent product quality from the first pour to the last.
The 20L format is ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels and events. Zero return logistics means lower operational costs and wider margins for distributors and operators.
Do you offer non-alcoholic wine for private label?
Yes. We offer private label non-alcoholic white wine, rosé and sparkling beverages in bottles, mignon, cans and polykeg format. The no-low alcohol market is one of the fastest growing segments in the global beverage industry and represents a significant commercial opportunity for importers and distributors looking to expand their portfolio.
